10 min Mexican chicken tortilla soup

INGREDIENTS

1 pound chicken breasts, diced, skin and bones removed
1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 ounce can corn, drained and rinsed
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 4 ounce can diced green chiles
2 cups fat free chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, hashed
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 6 hours

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
